In my past gameplay, as a soldier of the Imperial Legion after winning the civil war in Skyrim, whether the fact if Blood on the Ice quest is not yet begun, I'm still have to complete that quest first, particularly the first part before I could buy the house in Windhelm. PS:Now in the quest entry I have two uncompleted.things:Search for clues and get assistance from Captain Lonely-Gale.The rest is completed So after investigating for a bit I get a quest to get assistance from the steward.I go to talk with him but it didn't complete the quest mark(or how it is called).So I go in Hjerim and investigate EVERYTHING I can, and took the strange amulet.Now I can't do anything with it.Can't show it to the guards, to the steward, or to Calixto.What do I do now?Is it broken beyond repair?Can I somehow repair it with console commands?Pls help Tova Shatter-Shield and Arivanya need to be alive (see bugs section). There is supposed to be a guard to talk to, but there isn't one there.
